The philosophy of znt Travel GmbH stands for a company with a clear strategy and a strong management team.

Main focus of znt Travel GmbH is the connection of interfaces of the different travel systems available in the market:

A higher flexibility for the price- and product strategy as well as high speed queries and data transfer to external systems is essential for a touristic tour operator. The speed of cross-system communication is the key competition factor.

In the domain of system engineering znt Travel takes over the planning, selection and optimization. The team has diverse experience in the area of automatization of booking processes, STADAF, EDIFACT, Navitaire, OTA,  STADIS®, STEAL®, the installation of roboting systems, CRS/GDS-connections as well as the setting up and optimization of ticketstreets.

Under the management of Gökhan Küçükçankaya, znt Travel GmbH is specialised on the development of unique IT solutions for the touristic market. znt Travel GmbH has developed an own product line to implement interfaces for the different systems available in the market.

The base of our product line

Dynamic Gateway Frame

The base of our products is a self developed dynamic Gateway Frame with its own logic. With this Gateway Frame individual solutions can be developed within a short time at low costs. Intelligent platform-technology provides the basis. This new technology connects the Gateway Frame with different interface definitions (XML, STADIS®, etc.) which produces an open communication platform to all established touristic systems.

Intelligent platform-technology provides basis

To integrate new service components successfully into an existing system a special gateway technology is required. It combines in-house and external system elements although they are consisting of different interface definitions. Simple, quick and without complex changes to the established system.

The best case scenario is to combine all kind of external services with in-house products. Therefore, all modules and business processes should be integrated into the Mid-/Back office – including the handling of payment.

The Solution

The Dynamic Gateway Frame provides all these features. The Gateway Frame connects systems of different interface definitions by means of a new developed technology. An open communication platform for all established systems is generated by connecting the different interface formats (XML, STADIS®, etc.)

The Dynamic Gateway Frame is about basic functionality, which can be configured and implemented quickly into an individual gateway. It consists of a configurable interface- and workflow engine for the operation of interfaces and process control.

Performance Features

  • Session handling for buffering of any data which is needed during a process.

  • Configurable Interface-Engine on XML-Basis for utilisation of different interfaces.

  • Verification of frontend information for the relaying to other systems.

  • Workflow-Engine for controlling different processes based on received data within the Interface-Engine.

  • Supply of external services in the frontend including integration to existing mid- and backend systems.

  • Configurable caching-algorithm.

 

The Technology

  • The Gateway Frame is set up in most advanced highly performant Java technologies

  • No special hard- and software platform is necessary

  • The configuration of all interface- and workflow descriptions is based on XML

  • High stability and scalability by utilisation of common Application-Server (e.g. BEA WebLogic® or JBOSS)

  • By pre-setting the adapted Gateway Frame, adjustments to existing gateways are unnecessary

  • Highest data security via SSL-encryption and firewalls
